Like London to Paris undersea high-speed rail travel, Indians may also soon enjoy underwater 'floating rail' travel between UAE's Fujairah town and Mumbai.

就像伦敦到巴黎的海底高铁旅行一样，印度人可能很快也会享受阿联酋富查伊拉镇和孟买之间的海底“悬浮列车”之旅。

According to a Dubai-based Khaleej Times report, UAE-based company National Advisor Bureau plans to build an underwater rail network between Fujairah and Mumbai in the near future to provide high-speed rail travel between the two countries.

据迪拜《海湾时报》报道，阿联酋国家顾问局计划在不久的将来在富查伊拉和孟买之间建设一个水下铁路网，为两国带来高铁出行。

"This is a concept. We plan to connect Indian city of Mumbai with Fujairah through ultra-speed floating trains. The project aims to boost bilateral trade. There will be export of oil to India from Fujairah port and import of excess water from Narmada River, north of Mumbai. In addition, other GCC partners can also improve export and import," Khaleej Times quoted National Advisor Bureau MD and chief consultant Abdulla Alshehhi as saying.

《海湾时报》引述国家顾问局首席顾问Abdulla Alshehhi的话称：“这是一个构想。我们计划通过超高速浮动列车连接印度孟买和富查伊拉。该项目旨在促进双边贸易。富查伊拉港将向印度出口石油，并从孟买北部纳尔马达河进口淡水。此外，也可以促进海湾合作委员会的其他伙伴的进出口贸易”。

According to the report, the total rail network will be around 2,000 km. Apart from passenger transit, Alshehhi said there are plans to facilitate the exchange of goods from India to UAE and export of oil through a pipeline as well.

据报道，总铁路网将在2000公里左右。Alshehhi表示，除了客运之外，还制定了一些计划促进从印度到阿联酋的货物交换，以及通过管道出口石油。

Floating trains or 'Maglev' use magnet repulsion system to move the 'train' at a great speed taking advantage of the lack of friction. The high-speed Maglevs trains are currently under operations in and Japan, but several countries like Australia, US, Israel and UK have plans to introduce the rail system.

悬浮列车或“磁悬浮”列车利用磁铁斥力系统，利用摩擦力小的优势，让“列车”以极快的速度移动。高速磁悬浮列车目前在和日本运营，但澳大利亚、美国、以色列和英国等几个国家已计划引进该铁路系统。

Brave thought....So many people travelling between India and UAE. a Fast Train for a 5 Hour Journey would be amazing. Economy would transform for both People & countries. Get it done fast and do not damage the environment pls. ANother 5 Hours, we can be iTurkey from UAE. and another 5 hours, we may be in Paris.....Basically a 15 Hr journey to Paris from Mumbai....Europeans would be worried...Ha Ha.
