Still more than 80% of trucks and buses playing on our roads do not have a proper working tail light or brake light.... Turn indicators are rarely used if available .....whichous violation any any reasonably developed country.. so there is no point in talking and paying lip service after any death takes place ....we have a long long way to go...at least teach our family members to follow rules and maintain vehicles with all lights
