For technology, it must be the USA. Who can you even think of aside USA possess that many giant great companies. Apple the Great, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, Dell, Texas Instrument, Micron, AMD, NVIDIA, Intel. They are all USA companies.

However if we talk about consumer grade computer products and related service to end user, supply chain. It must be China (Mainland, PRC ) and Taiwan Province (Some suggested as ROC), Let’s call it Greater China. Over 90–95% supply chain related to PC were now set in China.
