After 6 months I returned to my home in Shenzhen China and found that two new Subway lines had opened. I went to check out two of the new stations. Come with me and marvel at the architecture of these impressive new stations.

China's infrastructure is simply amazing! The government puts money to good use building good infrastructure for the people. No wonder the government had an overall above 90% support by the people since 2016 as per the research done by Brown University.

Same here in Changchun. All through covid they seem to have continued burrowing underground, and they're always building several lines at once. Whilst British infrastructure is receiving minimal finance, it seems that the Chinese are investing heavily in it.

Here in Vancouver, Canada, the city built a subway from our airport to downtown for the Winter Olympic Games, the "Canada Line". The city spent too little, built a subway too narrow and short for the rush hour even in 2010, and now it is an embarassment at rush hour in 2023. As with every underground or main line station in China i have been to no matter how old they are they are always clean and well maintained. Had a wechat video from my in laws for the new year ask us to cone back to China soon. still looking for a home in Zhuhai but a bit hard to do from the UK. Very impressive to see such excellent infrastructure in China. China is moving forward and the West led by the US is moving backward. In San Francisco, it took them more than 5 years to extend one subway stop.
