A section of Montenegro's first highway constructed by a Chinese company opened to traffic Wednesday night, with many senior officials attending the opening ceremony in the capital Podgorica.

13日晚上，由中国公司承建的黑山第一条高速公路优先段通车，许多高级官员出席了在首都波德戈里察举行的通车仪式

由中国企业承建的黑山南北高速公路优先段通车仪式13日晚在黑山首都波德戈里察举行。黑山总统久卡诺维奇、总理阿巴佐维奇、副总理易卜拉希莫维奇等黑山官员以及中国驻黑山大使馆临时代办华亚芳出席通车仪式。

黑山南北高速公路项目南起海滨城市巴尔，北至黑山与塞尔维亚边境城市博利亚雷，全长约180公里。其中，优先段长约41公里，由中国路桥工程有限责任公司承建。优先段共有16座隧道，20座桥梁，互通立交3座，项目桥隧比例约60%，是南北高速公路项目中技术和施工难度最大的一段

There already is a rail. Built in times of co unist Yugoslavia. The road on the other hand was very dangerous, going through the rocky gorges.

There's railway in Montenegro connected all the way to northern Serbia and Hungary and Europe, but through Montenegro the railway needs investments to make it at least 150 km/h. Cause currently it's only 80 km/h. This motorway was a MUST for us.
