Jan.-Apr.: China's water conservancy investment totals $29 billion

China's investment in water conservancy facilities totaled 195.8 billion yuan (about $29 billion) in the first four months of 2022, jum by 45.5 percent year on year, data from the Ministry of Water Resources showed on Thursday.

Construction worth 30 billion yuan began on nine major projects between January and April.
