India successfully test-fired a nuclear capable strategic Agni Prime missile off the coast of Odisha in Balasore on Saturday. It is a new generation advanced variant of Agni class of missiles and is said to have several new features. Agni Prime is a two-stage canisterised missile with a range capability between 1,000 and 2,000 km and it weighs 50 per cent less than Agni 3. Defence minister Rajnath Singh congratulated the Defence and Research Development Organisation (DRDO) for the successful test launch of the missile and expressed his happiness over the system's performance.

周六，印度在巴拉索尔的奥里萨邦海岸成功试射了一枚“烈火”战略导弹，可携带核弹头。这次试射的是烈火导弹的升级版，据说有几个新功能。

烈火-P是一款两级筒状导弹，射程在1000至2000公里之间，重量比烈火- 3轻50%。

India last year successfully demonstrated quantum communication and tested a futuristic scarm jet powered hypersonic cruise missile. It's to be noted that India has already inducted a hypersonic cruise missile developed using contemporary technology that travels 7.5 times the speed of sound way back in 2011.

India has already developed high power laser and micro wave weapons. And anti drone system with both hard and soft kill capabilities. This system was deployed during trumps visit to India.
