India has huge young talent but due to paucity of funds and corrupt offi als in every department it is not being utilized.

I was building a Aggregator App for farmers and buyer. Where Farmer can list their crop with price and quality. And buyer can buy those crops in bundle like 100Kg.
I had created these startups in the past such as Search engine, social media, tech journal and last handicraft ecommerce (still live).
But never got single dime for Indian investors. Do you know why ? Because of pedegree. All my shity friend with shity idea got funding because they were from iit and iim but I am not. No matter how awesome you are or have great idea, nothing matter front of pedegree.
