Is it racist for an Indian/ restaurant to only employ Indians/?

However, I suspect many Indian and restaurant owners around here hire Mecans. That can still be a racist thing to do, though, in a different way.
People who cm that you need someone of a specific ethnicity to prepare the food correctly are wrong. With the proper training and education, and sufficient basic skill, anyone can learn to make anything. It’s a matter of knowing how the food is supposed to taste. That takes education and practice, to develop a pte, so they can taste the different flavors in a food.

About the part:
1. Most restaurant owners are not good at english
2. Most restaurants work longer, only the people can tolerate.
3. Most restaurants pay less, only the people can tolerate
What is the reason for hiring one ethnicity only?
Is it because they want to give an authentic experience for the guests?
Is it because the owner doesn't speak english well enough so hiring people that can speak the same language is common sense?
Is it because the owner wants to help out their fellow /Indian to get a job?
As long as the reason is not something like: my race is superior to other races that's why I only hire people from my own race, then I would not consider it racism.

How “authentic” could a /Indian restaurant look when there are Caucasians, Hispanics or Africans working at it?
It doesn’t matter if its actual authentic food; people see non-Asians and they assume “The food can’t be that if its being cooked by a white guy”.
