I can make a better Rafale, give me the contract: Cong MP
NEW DELHI: The Rafale fighter jet deal will end up in arbitration, which will be the biggest arbitration case after the one on the Bhopal gas tragedy, Congress MP Sunil Jakhar cmed on Friday.
Participating on debate in the Lok Sabha on the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, Jakhar also alleged that businessmen close to the go nment had got their companies registered in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) just days before the deal was clinched.
"The Minister should inform the House why this (Rafale fighter jet) deal will not end up in arbitration seat? Whether the Rafale deal will end up in arbitration seat in India or the Hague?
"... This will be the biggest arbitration after the Bhopal gas tragedy," he cmed.
Earlier in the day, the Congress member had created a flutter in the Lok Sabha, saying "I can make a better Rafale (fighter aircraft), please give me the contract."
He had made this caustic remark attacking the BJP-led go nment while waiving a paper replica of the fighter aircraft during the Zero Hour, when Congress members were in the Well raising slogans on the issue.
In his later, Jakhar also wondered how India's Foreign Secretary did not know about the Rafale deal but the companies knew about it. "This is a breach of the Offi al Secrets Act," he charged.
The Congress members, who were earlier in the Well raising slogans alleging co ption in the Rafale jet deal, had later walked out of the House.

Someone tell this f00l that we are talking about fighter jets for Nation and not paper planes for Pappu.
Give him the contract for making paper planes for Pappu.
Congress is really frustrated. No allegations on the Modi go nment is sticking. Most of their po itical moves have boomeranged on them. They are really finding hard to stay relevant
India is buying Rafale in fly away condition. There is no question of anyone making it. If this MP can make better planes he can find a job in ADA/Hal. They are struggling to make Tejas for 30 years
Ashok Kumar Nayak
Khangress are expert in making anything and everything on paper
how many toilets you built in your constituency?
Raffle is not a toy, you can make. first set up toilets in your constituency and stop listening to pappu. don't be bewkoof. utterly useless 48 cong MPs fit for nothing and blocking country's progress
This are roadside side barking dog no proof no evidence
Give him the contract. Money should be paid after completion and delivery. If it doesn't fly , drop him from Tejas to Arabian sea without life jacket. By the way which workshop you are using for this and what is the price. I thought only Rahul is the complete fool in congress. Now this guy also air dropped on us.
ONE LINER Challenge
ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING, JAFFERS RAFAEL WILL FLY BACKWARDS AND CRASH INTO HIM.GIVE HIM THE CONTRACT PLEASE- CONGRESS WILL VANISH INTO THIN AIR.
This idiot should have realised that NO esting industry in India is capable of advance jet fighters. It is imperative to allow innovation and efficiency that it is manufactured in India by Indians. We all know how tedious and mischievous Tejas has been treated in favour of kickbacks from overseas deals. Previous deal signed for Rafael ages ago under UPA got mired due to failure by the go nment of the day. The delays were perhaps linked to agreement of kickbacks. Now an Indian entrepreneur with experience in management of big industry takes up the challange. He does not need expertise to make a plane but needs the backgound to manage huge enterprise. Guess this is hard for these MPs to grasp.
Why Joker did not make Rafels when Congress was in Power ?Now atleast Rahul should order immediately to produce Rafels as Indian Govt.has placed order for only 36 Jets.
Why Congress is not moving SC if they have proof?
If he can make better Rafale, he should talk to the French. Why is he barking here?
Real reason for so much ho halla is that their Italian maid is not getting any commissions like other deals in their era..
pappu's fighter plane
