I think the failure is all because Jawaharlal Nehru and scientist Vikram Sarabhai for starting ISRO when only 4 countries in the world have a space program. How could these silly people start ISRO instead of asking Indians to sell Pokoda? They are stupid to start IIT, ISRO, Baba Automatic Centre etc instead of starting Gau Mutra Research Institute like the present Government.
