That's the time Hyperloop One will take to transport you from one Indian city to another, faster than any exsting airline and cheaper too, said senior executives of the Los Angeles-based startup, who were in the Capital on Tuesday.

Theoretically looks good. But the company is not expanding in US instead wants to develop in India . It looks, they want to use india to test their technology.

Not lobbyist but size of USA killed railways ... the country is too big to be traveled by train, even the high speed train.
In USA, train fares are often more than airfares.

First of all, is it a necessity of India's common man to reach another far away city in so short time duration? The answer in my opinion is NO. Not even in future 30 years. For higher income groups, there are airplanes.

Remember we have seen Bullet Train movie during early 1970''s or atleast 42-43 years ago. Since then we have bren dreaming of a bullet train in India. So getting this Hyperloop would be yet another dream fir us.
