Nitin Gadkari:目标一天修路41公里

Union Trasport Minister Nitin Gadkari has said the Narendra Modi government has brought an end to the policy paralysis that the previous UPA government had been accused of. Speaking at the special event to mark two years of the Modi-led NDA regime, Gadkari said the government had made it a priority to cut red tape and increase transparency.

“Many projects that were lying around, we completed them. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi we have shed the policy paralysis that had gripped government,” said Gadkari.

“The politics of development is the priority of this government. We want to raise the speed of our highway construction to 41 kilometres a day,” he added.

印度联邦交通部长Nitin Gadkari称,莫迪政府结束了国大党政府一直备受诟病的政策瘫痪。在莫迪执政两年的特别大会上,Gadkari说政府把简化手续和增加透明行视为重中之重。

“许多闲置的项目,我们完成了。在莫迪领导之下,我们摒弃了困扰政府的瘫痪性政策。”

“发展是本届政府的优先考量。我们要把修路的速度提高到一天41公里。”

He already raised the highway building speed from 4-6 km/day to over 28 km/day. So I guess 41 km/day is achievable.

It is a very good move but what about the poor quality of the roads that are being built. There is absolutely no follow up on the quality and in the first few days of the rains the roads are full of potholes.

Building roads is good, but what about maintaining existing roads. Only one question, why are you boasting about 41 kms of roads per day. It is not coming free for us. You are going to lease these roads to big corporates who are going to fleece us through heavy tolls for using these roads. We pay taxes, we pay surcharges and on top we pay toll for using the roads. What a way to rob poor Indians and still claim we are helping the nation grow.

Not sure i understand this. For last 2 years he has been saying that he will do 100 km per day as againt 15-16 km per day in upa days. Now he is saying he hopes to increase to 41 km per day. Can we trust any number

Mr Gadkari has habit of boasting his achievements. Not a single inch of work progressed for under construction stretch of Mumbai Goa highway in last 2 years. This has put safety of thousands of travellers at risk.

  2. 看来在印度只要会喊口号就能当上总理之类的。现在看莫迪的执政业绩就明白他是忽悠印度人才当上的总理,而且印度人还就吃这一套。

    • 突然好奇,三哥把母牛当神牛,是为了吹牛B方便吗?吹完牛B,然后强歼黑三姐,人畜三P,还是人神同乐?

  3. 其实印度要发展的话比中国快几倍,我们的发展基本是被封锁下给的一点基础技术,印度没有封锁,他们的只要障碍估计就是国内的地主还从在,估计是改革才能真正的有发展!

  4. 印度满街的神牛除了要信奉之外,还要用来吹牛毕的,一座两公里的立交桥修建7年时间未完成,还要等待神的旨意才把这座桥塌掉。按理三哥这个41公里/天的修路速度应该不是以地球日这个时间来算的。不知道印度斯坦的外太空故乡行星是不是以几万小时为一个自转周期的。按地球日的24小时算的话,这个印度斯坦行星自转一天相当于地球好几年的时间。这种情况三哥交通部长的说话就合情合理了。

  5. Make it 100 KM per day一天要修100公里——————————黑三真是张嘴就来,按这速度一年就能给地球来一圈了。

    • 他这是参考了中国的数字后再取十分之一,结果还是做不到,然后又折半,仍然做不到。别再难为他们了,老毛过去修了太多的乡村机耕道,现在随便硬化了一少部分就几百万公里到手了,印度有这基础吗?

  6. 印度真是一个巨大的市场,那么大的人口数量,相信中国企业都在想方设法准备打入这个市场,中国企业必须得走出国门,才能跨过中产陷阱。在国外,知识产权保护得好一些,有利于中国企业创新、研究的环境。不能小看印度,虽然精英比例不高,但人口基数大,10%的中产就是一亿多有消费能力的力量啊。

      • 有房有车有存款,年入10万以上的家庭在中算中产吗?如果算,我觉得至少30%是有的。

        • 你这样的我觉得最多算刚解决温饱之后的小康之家,想旅游就去想买什么就买(不包括奢侈品)这才能叫中产阶级吧?家庭年入10万这水平真心不算中产

          • 美国号称60%的中产,但是又有新闻说美国70%的中产阶级拿不出1000美元的救急钱。收入多少咱不说,但是和你的流动资金一两百万差太多了吧?而且美国的物价比中国高好多吧?

          • 可惜这不是你说算就算,不算就不算的。中产这个概念是有标准的,不过标准貌似比较乱。我看了下,貌似比较靠谱的是家庭收年收入低于3万的算贫困,3万到8万的算低收入家庭,8万到12万算小康。从小康开始就能算中产了。当然,这里只说了年收入,并没有说不动产。

  7. 给个概念,印度按照国际标准高速公路到现在没有达到1000公里,去年我国公路总里程458万公里,新增11.2万公里,计算到每天306公里
