MUMBAI: A mob of hundreds of trailer drivers at the Gateway Terminal of India (GTI) port in Nhava Sheva went on a rampage and damaged the vehicles parked on the road by pelting stones.
孟买：一伙几百名拖车驾驶员在孟买新港（纳瓦西瓦）的'印度门户码头'公司港口外放肆闹事、投掷石块，砸坏了多辆停在路上的车子。
The mob vented their anger over the GTI's management for not agreeing to their demand for a pay hike.

The mob even torched a police jeep. Around 20 miscreants have been detained by the Nhava Sheva police following the incident.

This is what happens when train loads of people from failed north states flee to Maharashtra to get half a life. Systems break down, civic cervices fail to work, law and order goes for a toss, media goons don't give the full picture. Blind men don't understand elephant is more than the trunk, or legs, but lash out mindlessly. Like Namo gets bashed for riots and nobody cares for the root cause - Godhra. Good may be all the negative publicity might keep some people in north from taking the next among the 50 daily trains to Maharashtra. Khoob dhindhora peeto, gaon gaon mein, basti basti mein, hamein kuchch rahat mil jaye.

I agree with you.
Each state needs to develop and provide livelihood for their locals, as the infrastructure of any particular city cannot tolerate the constant influx of migrants...
We r experiencing all this owing to the shoddy governance that the BIMARU states have experienced over the years owing to their caste based politics.
Hope things will change for the good in near future with BJP in power.
