外文标题：Two Chinese nationals detained from border village in Himachal Pradesh
SHIMLA: Two Chinese nationals and two Ladakhi women were detained from Namgia village located close to India-China border near Shipkila Pass in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. Though the Chinese nationals were carrying valid visas and passports, their presence in the border village has left security agencies concerned.
Confirming the development, Kinnaur SP Ajay Bodh said the Chinese were being questioned to know about their purpose behind visiting the border village. "At this stage it is difficult to say how and why they reached the village and an inquiry is on," he added. Namgia is the last Indian village along India-China border in the area and by crossing the border one reaches Shipkila village in Chinese territory. International trade takes place through this border route and selected traders are allowed to cross the border after due security.
To reach Namgia village, one has to cross through an international check post at Akpa where all foreign nationals have to show inner-line permits. Sources in police department said that at present Shipkila Pass is covered under thick snow and is closed for traffic.
Something fishy !! Expansionist China, and simple humble India.

There is nothing to know about India. It is an open democratic country.
