原文标题：Saina wins Indonesia Open Super Series title
Two-time champion Saina Nehwal staged a grand recovery to beat fourth seeded Xuerui Li of China in the final to win the Indonesia Open Super Series badminton tournament in Jakarta on Sunday.
The World No. 5 Indian shuttler, who won the title back-to-back in 2009 and 2010, prevailed 13-21, 22-20, 21-19 in 70 minutes to claim her second title in two weeks, having won the Thailand Open Grand Prix last week.
Saina NehwalLi had stunned top seed and compatriot Yihan Wang in the semi-finals and had a 4-1 head-to-head record against the Indian ace going into the final.
After the first game, it looked like the Chinese would improve upon the record, as Saina was always at the receiving end.
Once she conceded a 0-4 lead she was always left to do the catching up job, which she could not. The Chinese girl took the first game in 17 minutes, winning 21-13.
However, Saina showed her class in the second game. After the scores ran neck and neck till 7-7, she broke away, scoring repeatedly at the net, to win 22-20.
The third game was a keen contest, but the Indian ace played her shots judiciously to race to a 20-16 lead. She broke away at 16-16 and though the Chinese pulled back a few points to cut the deficit to 19-20, Saina held her nerve to take the game and match at 21-19.
"It was a really, really tough and I love the crowd here. It's really nice here. Whenever I enter the court, I feel like a champion here," said the world number five 22-year-old, who has earlier clinched the title in 2009 and 2010.
It was a battle of attrition for Saina against an opponent to whom she had lost four times and won just once -- that too way back in 2010 -- previously.
The start was ominous for Saina as she conceded four successive points. The two players seemed engaged in a battle of smashes and were at par with each other when it came to baseline rallies.
But it was the netplay in which Li enjoyed the upperhand with her delicate winners that Saina found hard to counter in the opening game.
Congratulations Saina !!!

It is really a great achievement to win a tournament where top 3 of badminto Wang_yihan,Wang_Shixian and Li_Xuerui participated.
If same can be repeated, then none can stop Saina from winning gold at London Olympics.
Hats off to you Sain. You made us proud...
How is Prakash ? Did he win as well ?

She is the only consistent and unsung hero. The determination and committment is superb. The effort need to be applauded more than players from cricket. These are lone rangers. Take a bow.

Saina, I have been a fan of yours for some time now and would feel sad when you were not at thetop in the last 2 years though you tried so hard. Your Day has arrived, and I am happy for you. Badminton has been my favourite sport since I was in school and college and seen some great players on court playing for the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup.

SAINA SHOULD NOT BUILD UP PRESSURE OF EXPECTATIONS.

Congrats to Saina. This win is very timely in gaining confidence for the Olympics. She indeed has the capacity to win Olympic Gold. But a word of caution. The chinese army are not going to let off all that easily. They always keep inventing some new tricks or strategy to neutralize Saina.Best thing for Saina will be not to build up pressure of expectations on herself.Go out there and play freely.Aim to give your best and don't worry about medal.

Why do you claim her success in London Olympics only? Give more pressure!
Re: Re: SAINA

no pressure is applied..Olympic medal is the ultimate, every ones dream, so praying for her Olypics medal is not putting any undue pressure..she has the talent, only she should not lose momentum, thats all..

Chinese and Indonesian players are ruthless and play like robots. That is where Saina is different ! She must shrewdly overcome them with her brain power and trick them out with guile and grace. That way these Chinese robots are sure to fall by the wayside!

Beating chinese and south east asian players in badminton is like beating brazil in football by an asian country. Saina is undoubtedly a super star.

Saina's exponential rise in Badminton has surely jolted the Chinese. One should never take one's success for granted. Its time for the Chinese to wake up before its too late. For sure, their honeymoon period is definitely over.

Excellent performance. Beating two chinese ranked above her and winning the tournament which had all the top players is really a great performance. Considering the fact that China have 4 players in the top 5 and the fifth being an Indian is in itself a great achievement. Hope Saina can keep her form till the Olympics.

Congrats Saina for completing the hat trick of titles in Jakarta, so you are continuing your honeymoon with Indonesian open. The best thing is that you have bulldozed past two top ranked Chinese players in the world during this championship. This must be the most satisfying title you have ever achieved. You are the torch bearer for rest of the world how to destroy and dismantle the energetic and cunning Chinese shuttlers. Finally full marks to coach Gopichand who always stood behind her during her hard times.

I had a chance to meet her.she is one of the inspirational youth of India. She should share her work ethics with all the youth of this country. She is a sports leader for today and for the future of India. It is really tough to win against the Chinese shuttlers! Congratulations!
