‘India-China ties…’: Jaishankar calls for LAC standoff 'resolution' in talks with Wang Yi

中印外长举行会谈，苏杰生呼吁解决边境对峙问题

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held an hour-long meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on the sidelines of the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting hosted by Indonesia in Bali. He called for an early resolution of all the outstanding issues along the LAC in Eastern Ladakh. "Recalling the disengagement achieved in some friction areas, EAM reiterated the need to sustain the momentum to complete disengagement from all the remaining areas to restore peace and tranquility in the border areas," said a Ministry of External Affairs press release. Jaishankar also stressed on the need for expediting the process of return of Indian students to China to attend classes on an early date.

在印尼巴厘岛主的二十国集团外长会议期间，印度外交部长苏杰生与中国外交部长举行了长达一小时的会晤。

他呼吁尽早解决中印边境所有悬而未决的问题。

印度外交部的一份新闻稿说：“回顾在一些摩擦地区实现的脱离接触，我们重申应该在其他剩余地区完全脱离接触，以恢复边境地区的和平与安宁。”。

苏杰生还强调，中国应该加快印度学生早日回中国上课的进程。
