A state of emergency has been declared in parts of Kazakhstan after protests over rising fuel prices turned violent.

This unrest was not perpetrated by the civilians, it was the govt of kazakhstan who throw the 1st punch and because of hubris the govt was expecting that the people will not react they way they do this past few days, the govt was caught offguard and suddenly was imo in a state of panic that their president had to brand this unrest as perpetrated with collusion from external forces to justify asking support from russia and other member state of the CSTO, and what i find very disturbing is the facy that on public address kazakhs president ordered the security forces to shoot to kill upon sight those who participate in the unrest
