iam a fan of china,me and my wife travel there i like it more than US or Europe
i like the infrastructure,shop n sight seeing,my wifes goes to kailash twice every year in summer n winter via china.What a beautiful place,
they are leagues ahead of us, yes the leaders are educated n come on merits n bot on slum dwellers ves.

Recently, there was a stupid article by P. Sainath on FDI in retail in the newspaper The Hindu. I put up a comment asking him how China has managed to have FDI in retail for 20 years and done quite well (I did ask a few other questions, too). There was an earlier article in the Hindu (a brief one, though) about how the small guys learned to do business with the big guys and the whole sy em benefited from new supply-chain techniques.
Anyway, that Sainath decided to delete my comment - it didn't suit his page, I guess !!!
Enjoyed the photos, too...do keep writing about China...well, we Indians can at least look at that and say "That is how we could be..." while we fritter away our chances...

最近，Sainath就零售业外资的话题在《印度教徒报》撰写了一篇文章，我在文章后面留言，称中国20年来是如何管控外资的，而且效果非常好（我还问了其他一些问题）。《印度教徒报》以前还发表过一篇文章，讲的是小商贩如何与零售巨头博弈，并且整个社会因先进的供应链技术而受益。
Sainath删掉了我的评论，我猜是和文章格调不一致吧！
喜欢你贴的照片，多写点有关中国的文章，至少可以让我们印度人看看：“我们其实也可以变成这样的”，虽然我们正在一点点地浪费机会.....

Thanks Arjun- India needs a massive reform in de ratic sy em our leaders hail about. The principles have been hijacked by a few who have learnt the art of staying in power by dangling the carrots of quota and distributing freebies. Clean transparent sy em , accountability and able leadership is required. Patronization, favourtism, nepotism have to stop. To me it doesn't seem to happen ever and the likes of Sainaths will keep on writing the stupid articles and dimwit leaders will keep on fooling the masses.
