5G panel head wants Chinese vendors excluded from trials
Debasish Bhattacharya • 9 hours ago
It is prudent to leave out the Chinese. Over the years they have developed a track record of intellectual property theft and spying. This is why we don''t buy Chinese arms, so why even consider Chinese technology for 5G?

We buy Chinese toys..mobiles TV..

But is the US reliable? They were bugging the hotel rooms of all visiting dignitaries including heads of Government, who were State Guests, invited by the President of the United States, till recently at least !!

I also follow the same formula. I also avoid buying any Chinese gadget...

Do we need 5G when 4G hasn''t been implemented properly. I feel rather than racing for 100m we should wait another 2 year''s develop our own 5G technology
ASHISH CHOUDHARY• 5 hours ago
by the time DRDO does 7g launching process would have started

Better to skip next two Gs. It is nothing but a hype for making more revenues by equipment vendors. Service providers simply spend through their nose to adopt such technologies which keep changing every 3 to 4 years

Stop buying Chinese goods and Huwaei tablets and phones .. Chinese hackers have free access to these

very good & bold initiative .. Chinese are doing everything to oppose our nation globally ..be it banning Masood Azhar or creating hindrence for NSG entry ..they should start getting befetting reply .

Very true, keep all Chinese vendors out and let domestic and other international vendors come and show their ability and technology
Sanjoy Pandey • Kolkata • 6 hours ago
It is a good decision to exclude Chinese vendors as they have a tendency to get intellectual property from various countries.
Prithviraj Kumar • 7 hours ago
Don''t allow Chinese make money from our country and at the same time allow them to block India on every issue just to support Pakistan.
Kb Purushothaman Pillai • 8 hours ago
Our previous experiences with China is always disastrous..China cannot be believed. They are the close ally of our enemy, supported terrorists like Masood Azhar, blocked India''s membership in NSG and UN Security council.
Suresh • Hong Kong • 5 hours ago
Keep out Huawei for security reasons , build our own network and select Samsung or Ericson or Nokia. Cost should not be a consideration. When it comes to business Chinese become very friendly but on other issues they are opposed to India.
Virendra • Merrylands, New South Wa • 6 hours ago
China has stopped India's entry to NSG SUNCE LAST 10 YR. We shud heavily restrict Chinese to get our contract. so no 5 G to Chinkoo.

Chinese are known for stealing data and technology. At all cost, Chinese vendors should be kept out. Hope Modi has the spine to do so.
Amrit Bindra • Cleveland • 7 hours ago
Simple solution to prevent Chinese companies from truals: stipulate a condition that companies frim only those countries are invited that support India for NSG and UNSC permanent seat! Type your comment...

How is it assured that other vendors do not act like Chinese vendors?!!!
BOOTOUT SARKAARICLASS• ChowkidarJail
All do the same thing. In this case China has the latest 5G technology.

India must consider China''s opposition to India''s permanent seat in UN, entry to NSG, PAKISTAN support etc.

It is hard to believe Chinese considering the past history. So, it will be wise to keep their company away on this sensitive area.
