Employees in China made to crawl on road for failing to meet targets
NEW DELHI: A Chinese company was forced to down its shutters temporarily after a video of its employees being subjected to humiliating punishment for failing to meet their target went viral online, reported South China Morning Post
In the video, the employees can be seen crawling on their knees in the middle of a road behind a man carrying the company's flag.
Staff are with a beauty company and were made to crawl on all fours through the streets for failing to meet annual targets. Employees with another Chinese company around 12 months ago were forced to eat worms for failing to meet company goals.

If this punishment violates any of the existing laws in China sure the company authorities will be punished severely, but, we do not know about Chinese laws.

If such punishments were to be imposed in India, then every company has to make its employees crawl on the road and the unions would take on the roads.
In ancient China, Japan, Korea, these non-achievers would be executed. In India they will be awarded employee of the year and give a huge bonus. Modi is a non-achiever but Indians are shouting Modi for another 20 years. Learn from China.
