INS Arihant successfully completes its first deterrence patrol

NEW DELHI: India's first indigenous nuclear submarine INS Arihant, or the "annihilator of enemies", has successfully completed its first deterrence patrol.

Hailing INS Arihant's achievement, PM Modi said "a credible nuclear deterrence is the need of the hour".

印度第一艘国产核潜艇歼敌者号，成功完成了第一次威慑性巡逻。
