India must be the only country in the world where violators and criminals who will never do it in anther country except in India, knowing very well there are loopholes and weak and corrupted judges and lawyers to get them free. The whole world considers and has punishable laws for talking while driving, except India. Worst than a third world country.

stupid or what...it's scientifically proved that human brains are not ment to to multiple task. hence if one drives then one can either concentrate on driving or on phone. If one gives priority to latter then accidents are bound to happen.
