Countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc., do all the time. Whenever they need money they open up immigration. They would tighten immigration rules when they don''t need! Nothing new.

As long as migrant is skilled and qualified they will be asset to any country. Problem is when a mass of land lottery Patels who are PhD is off-licence store migrates and bring relatives with them who than become cheap labour they are the real problem. Any country must kick out such people Indian or non Indian.
