An Indian Air Force's MiG-23 trainer aircraft crash landed on Thursday at Rajasthan's Balesar in Jodhpur district, PTI reported.
"It was a MiG-23 UB trainer plane and both the pilot and co-pilot are safe," News agency said while quoting defence sources.
It further said, a Court of Inquiry has also been ordered into the accident.
Earlier, it was reported that Indian Army's MI-35 helicopter has crash landed.
Ok. Blame Cong. What else to do?
Indian fighter pilots dont need an enemy in war to die.
Equipment and decision makers are their biggest enemy
UPA time purchased all migs and mi's should be flying at the border. At least they may do some dge on the other side. Total waste here
Russian Junk needs to be replaced ASAP with reliable ones. Bloody Congi Ba$tards have too much blood of our brave soldiers on their hands!!
Yes it is not 1962, India now has MI-35 to crash in 2017...
Another crash, another aircraft lost. At this rate the IAF will have very little aircraft to wage war with. At least the crew survived and another coi will establish nothing as usual. When will we learn I wonder!
The military aircraft operate under much harsher environments - which drastically impacts the lifespan of these. So failures are bound to be expected
amount of tax payer money are lost because of incompetent pilot. no country must have lost so many aircraft then india, just in training. are they drunk when flying. or they think they too smart
