When the wind blows! Entire roof is ripped off a tower block during severe weather in China
Video has emerged of an entire roof being blown off a tower block in China before it flies off and lands in the streets below.
The footage, shared by People’s Daily, shows the metal roof gently lifting from a big high-rise building in the city of Shuangyashan.
A strong gust of wind then peels the entire covering back, exposing the brickwork and bare cladding underneath.
The roof incident took place on February 16 after strong wind warnings had been issued.
