BEIJING: A judge of China's Supreme People's Court has lashed out at US president Donald Trump as a bully for attacking the American judiciary. The judge, He Fan, wrote a post in the Chinese social media saying that Trump was an "enemy of the rule of law".
The post comes in the wake of Trump criticizing U.S. District Judge James Robart for suspending his travel ban on people from seven majority Muslim nations last week, deriding him as a "so-called judge". The state run Chinese media has published commentary saying that the world's most prosperous democracy is unable to show respect for the judiciary.
"In a country claiming to be the most democratic and most based on rule-of-law, for a president to lead the charge in scolding judges... makes him no different from a bully without dignity!," He wrote in a post in the WeChat social media.

this chinki judge is nothing but a gov puppet . indian justie system is better than chinkies monkey justice
At least in US, the President can critique a judgement and the judiciary can give an verdict independent of the government
China has no right to criticise US which is a democratic country
China judge view is his personal but what prompted him to say like is a question. Does it ventilate Govt view--.
he cannot comment about another nation president
China do not have and fear of any one on this earth.
Utter disgrace. He should learn to be independent first.
A judge in China should be thrilled by the democratic posture by the US judge. Unlike him signing on the dotted line, this is an example of democratic judiciary. If he tries it in China he will end up in jail.
China should concentrate in it''s internal matters rather than poke their nose in other peoples affairs.
