Bizarre images show a motorist driving a wrecked truck without a roof in eastern China on January 25.
The truck had collided with another vehicle leaving the cab of the truck completely sheared off, reports Huanqiu, an affiliation with the People's Daily Online.
Determined to deliver the goods on the truck, the vehicle went some 620 miles before being stopped at a toll station.
Police were alerted to a truck with its roof torn off driving along the Hu-Rong Expressway in Hubei province.
The cab's windows and doors were all missing however the driver appeared calm as he drove the vehicle.
According to reports, the driver was attempting to deliver bananas when it was involved in a traffic accident causing damage to the cab.
In order to make it home, the driver surnamed Wang put on a thick jacket and a helmet and decided to continue his journey.
Police criticised the driver's actions saying that if he had to suddenly brake then he would have been thrown from the cab.
Officers escorted the truck to the nearest toll station and ordered them to repair the safety hazards before setting out again.
