BEIJING: China hopes for better ties with India in 2017 by resolving differences over India's admission into elite Nuclear Suppliers Group and listing of JeM chief Masood Azhar as terrorist by the UN as the two nations signed off their most engaging year bogged down by the twin issues.
"This year has seen a steady development of China-India relations, with the two countries marching towards the goal of building a more closely-knit partnership for development," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told PTI summing up Beijing's perception of the outgoing year and its vision of Sino-Indian ties for the next year.
China has its own internal problems. It also knows that India certainly is a emerging power and also a big market for their products. Also India is no more a push over and has become more assertive. It is a good sign that China is looking for better ties with India. But we should always be on our guard while dealing with China as they can back stab you any time.
This news is ridiculous. On one side, India is panic with Russia, China, Pakistan teaming together in Moscow. One one side, China is blocking India''s entry to NSG
by supporting pakistan blindly --- and investing so heavily on cpec- china has lost india''s favour- it has pushed india into the usa-japan axis---- now the future will be a china- north korea, pakistan grouping against india , usa, japan etc- with russia playing a joker''s role-
China is our enemy n always will be .. never trust the chinese .. they will always side to pakistani n create problem for us . let it water issue or NSG issue
why not chinu will have better ties with india now because their barrell is opening due to ICBM test.

China can never be friend of India, China sees India not only as enemy but also as competitor, hence these dubious dealing.
So cunning of china.... pretend to be friends and backstab later
Looks like Agni V has had its impact, so has US election. It's good to hear that China wants to build ties. Let's keep that going for our benefits especially related to JEM chief and NSG. Defence efforts should continue though.
