As a matter of fact the waters from all the rivers of Punjab must be harnessed to provide wwater to Punjab, Rajasthan and J&K and it should be diverted to the Brahmaputra . As the dam nears completion , less and less water will become available to India So since Pakistan has become the 24th Province of , let the provide the waters to Pakistanis.
