It's Golden Week in China, a weeklong holiday where 600 million people flee overcrowded cities on vacation, including six million headed overseas.
Some of the wealthiest flock to Australia by the planeload to check out some of the country's most sought-after properties to buy as investments or holiday homes.
In Sydney they typically have harbour views, good access to top private schools, and a price tag well into the millions - with reserves rarely listed in marketing.

We don't welcome these "Investors". They are not investors, they are Chinese buyers that want to increase their own real estate portfolio. The cannot own property in their own country, so they come here. There is no economic value or growth to Australians, only to the real estate agents. It is about time the P.M. and his preselected political party puppets, pull a few strings and do something to stop this fiasco. This do nothing Government will do nothing. Sayonara, and good riddance, by Christmas.
