For local drivers, the Puli Bridge might just be a convenient traffic link.
But from the air, the enormous mountain overpass - at nearly 1,600 feet high - looks remarkable and spectacular.
An breath-taking footage has captured the sheer size of Puli, one of the world's highest bridges located in south-west China's Yunnan Province.
The video, which gives an aerial tour over the structure, was shared by People's Daily Online yesterday via Youtube.
The 27-second-long clip shows how the bridge is suspended over an impressive drop and surrounded by ranging mountains as far as eyes can see.
Unveiled on August 25, 2015, Puli Bridge is 3,412 feet long and its main span is 2,060 feet wide.
It cost a whopping £80 million and took five years to construct, reported Sohu.
The overpass is built across a 1,591-foot-deep valley, which is about the height of the Shanghai World Financial Centre, the 10th tallest skyscraper in the world

A "whopping 80 million"! What is that, two weeks worth of political ads? At least they have something showing after it is built. What are we going to have to show at the end of two weeks? A scary out come to look forward to?
