Use of force is wrong and should not be promoted. But i also noted that the govt was identifying kids from school at the age of 4-5. They have capable coaches to train all such kids. I think we can learn how the search machinery is working as in India athletes are always on their own till they succeed in some noticeable event and have media attention till that is all personal struggle and hard work. If at least we can identify the talent at young age & provide them with proper training facilities in each city/village, then we will definitely improve on the medal record that we have this year at Olympics.

The training is harsh and ruthless. The children are being fed performance enhancing drugs. This both child abuse and drug abuse. This is an unfair means to win medals.
