Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon’s glass-bottom bridge opens
The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon’s glass-bottomed bridge welcomed about 8,000 tourists to view the grand glass bridge. Stretching 430 meters long and 6 meters wide, hovering over a 300-meter-deep valley between two cliffs in the canyon area, the much-awaited “world’s highest and longest” glass-bottomed bridge has already set world records for its architecture and construction.

Some people would freak out taking a single step on this or the Grand Canyon bridge or the glass bottom floor in a Chicago skyscraper.

The glass design is appealing. The Bejing Airport I believe ihas glass as well. Great design. Space is maximized by using the hexagonal pattern.
So many take a leap of faith at the Sears Tower and I am sure this too will happen on this amazing piece of engineering wonder.

I will cross it…if I’m blindfolded AND you have a large caliber weapon at my head…

I visited there in 1991. It was a really pristine place. I doubt if it had anywhere near 8,000 tourists in a year or two, let alone at one time. It’s terrible to spoil such a beautiful place in my opinion.
