State-run Chinese press slams India’s media and its manufacturing
NEW DELHI: A state-run Chinese paper has said in an article said Sino-Indian relations are not progressing smoothly because India’s manufacturing isn’t competitive and because India’s media continues to vilify China for keeping India out of the Nuclear Suppliers Group+ (NSG).
This is the second time in as many days that state-run Chinese media has criticized the Indian press.
Sino-Indian collaboration on economic and trade issues “have not been going smoothly in recent years” because “Indian products are not competitive” and are therefore driving up India’s trade deficit with China, wrote China’s Global Times news outlet.
While India’s neutrality on the South China Sea verdict “despite the pressure from Washington and Tokyo” has pleased the state-run Global Times, it remains particularly unhappy with the Indian media+ .
“Indian media has spared no effort in linking (Chinese Foreign Minister ) Wang’s visit to the South China Sea issue and the country’s failure in joining the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG),” Global Times wrote, referring to foreign minister Wang Yi’s visit to India last week.
china devaluates it”s currency so much that not only indian products but no other products around the world are able to compete with china china takes advantage of everyother country in the world and its already waging a economic war against every country in the world india, usa being most affected countries
They are supposed to be sitting on almost 4 trillion U.S. Dollars credit not knowing what to do with it
Chinese are feeling the pressure because of Indian”s reacting strongly to China”s recent negative posture against India. Many Indians like me, stopped buying made in China products. China is feeling the pressure because of its negative stance against India. WE SHOULD STOP BUYING ALL CHINESE PRODUCTS.
Difficult as even nuts n bolts r made in China.
Agreed……………. stop buying Chinese products in India please
Probably Chinese media thinks that competitive products mean low-price even if that be at the cost of quality. I hv stopped buying Chinese goods because of their cheap quality.
Chinese products may be price competitive, but not quality competitive. Ask any Indian buyer of electrical /electronic products.
What do you expect. Kiss you?
Chinese for ages have been brought up thinking it is the duty of rest of the world to keep them happy, regardless what harm Chinese do to others.
One thing told by Chinese media is right.
With China”s attitude and high handedness, it is not possible to be true friends.

Chinese media is correct on two issues. One – Indian products are not competitive (against cheap Chinese products), Two – India and China can not be good friends (we don”t treat back hitters as friends).
Chinese media like China”s leaders always flex muscles and dictate others. Sorry India won”t accept such attitudes.
China claims indias products are not competitive… y do indians buy Chinese products?
Chinese are annoyed India no supporting them on south china sea issue. South china sea is there issue to resolve with US and other intrusted parties. India just want freedon of navigation in the sea.
