MUMBAI: A survey conducted on the IIT-Bombay campus for freshmen found 95% students had never had sex, but about 30% of them were in a relationship.
Inspired by the Harvard Crimson freshmen survey, IIT-B's student newspaper — Insight — conducted a survey to appreciate the diversity of a freshman batch welcomed to the campus. The Powai campus for the first time looked at the beliefs and lifestyles of its incoming batch to find that most students were moderately liberal when it came to their political views and 75% of them were comfortable with the idea of homosexuality and/or homosexual marriages.
Let them do same survey after graduation and wonder how the stay in the Institute spoils them.
can IIT-B STOOP TO ANY LOWER STANDARDS? PLEASE give up aping the west.
Who would answer such a personal question and it is no ones business how a human controls their drive to bring new humans to earth
It is a matter of common sense. Those students remain focused to their studies only make it to IIT admission. Others who are after link-ups and sex, never reach to IIT. Do we need a T0I survey to understand this?

why do we need this unnecessary surveys which adds nothing to the society
Because some other stupid US University does some idiotic work, don''t be a copycat.Atleast do copy some good work.IITB should not engage itsel in such activities, just to get publicity in TIMES O INDIA.
Who will say that he is not a virgin? did they have any tests for tat
Would be interesting to compare the data as they graduate !

What is the use of this survey?
Useless survey, in stead of focusing on important issues
