In India whatever you do, you will be criticized. Indian railways generates a lot of money... and they have done their home work before they made this decision... for a moment lets applaud and not compare with other 100000 problems we face...

I disagree, normally I would agree but this is so blatantly wrong given the fact that the project is worth 15 billion dollars. The money could be spent far more effectively on high speed trains instead of bullet trains. Bullet trains cost 5x what high speed trains cost.

its illogical decision. we can have many semifast train in this cost. we are importing everything for this. r gujjus ready to pay hefty fees to ride. lets be gradual in progress of country.

Our technology limitation is upto 160 kmph. Be it track design or coach capacity. If we have to cross 160 kmph, we have to use new technology or copy other country technology ( which is not possible due to patent & quality issue) . So to go beyond 160 kmph we have to wait until Indian railways make some path breaking design which will take 30-35 years to come to actual working condition or use Japanese/ / French technology.

不管是铺设的铁轨,还是车体,只能承受最高160公里的时速

如果要突破,我们就得使用新技术,或者照搬其他国家的技术(而受专利所限,这是不可能的)

所以要等到突破160公里的时速,就得等印度铁道部给出一些突破性的设计,而这需要30-35年,才能达到日本、或法国技术的标准。

There are many towns and villages in India, which have no rail connectivity even after 68 yrs of Independence. Let the Railways look at these places first. Those who want to travel fast can go by air. Rs. 98000 Cr. should not be wasted for bullet train connectivity between Mumbai & Ahmedabad. Let the Railways seriously rethink on this project. 印度铁道部还是先解决这些地方通铁路的问题吧
