If you don't have a head for heights, look away now: stomach-churning footage has emerged from the opening of a five-storey tall slide in a shopping mall in Shanghai, east China.
The clip shows what it's like to ride the intimidating slide, which measures 177ft according to People's Daily Online, from the point of view of the slider.
The 2.5ft-wide chute, covered in bright patterns and named 'the Happy Slide', sends participants hurtling all the way down to the shop floor below at break-neck speeds and opens today.
The slide allows shoppers to get from the top floor of the mall to the bottom in just 16 seconds - although what most consumers will do with their shopping bags as they slide remains a mystery.
It is completely free to use and available from anyone between 7 and 60 years old, provided the slider is not pregnant or has cardiovascular or back problems.

Sooo cool! If this was in UK they would most likely charge £15 per use....

Looks like fun, but there should be someone making sure that fat people don't use it, since there is a risk that they end up "clogging" the glide
