1. I feel most priority must be given to the exsting railways network. It should be made more clean, efficient, good food and running of the trains on time. Bullet trains can come later.

2. All the bullet trains running any where in the world have been developed indigenously. But in our case we will have to collaborate with a foreign company to develop it in India, most probably Japan. We should develop it by using local talent, never mind if it takes a long time.

3. The concept of the "Bullet Train" is old now. It has been overtaken by trains which run faster using magnetic technology. Why not have that instead !!

1、我感觉还是优先升级现有铁路网络吧，干净些，效率提高些，火车餐好吃些，运行准时等。高铁还是以后建吧

2、其他国家的高铁都是自主研发的，而我们要和一家外国公司合作，很可能是和日本合作。还是启用本土人才吧，虽然时间要更久。

3、“高铁”的概念已经过时了，已经被跑得更快的磁悬浮技术超过。为什么不采用磁悬浮

In India there is urgent need to improve railways, presently average speed of trains are 58km/h that's very slow, instead of building bullet train, govt should built semi high speed train
