莫迪总理：稳定的政府带来信心
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said India is clearly the fastest growing economy with a slowdown affecting and Eurozone but sought to cool expectations of rapid change, saying a shift in governance could not be brought about suddenly.
"Some of the industrialists here had one foot out of the country and were preparing to move the second in the same direction. If you keep this in mind, you would say 'yes there is considerable change' and see the global and domestic situation," Modi said at a summit organized by a newspaper group.
莫迪总理周五说，印度显然是发展速度最快的经济体，和欧盟受经济放缓影响，但是印度试图抑制人们对快速改变的预期。莫迪称，政权更替不能是突然的。
“一些实业家已经一只脚迈出国家，准备迈出第二只脚。如果记住这点，你就会说，是的，有着显著的改变，看看全球和国内的形势。”莫迪在新闻报纸集团组织的一次峰会上说。
The PM said the formation of a "stable government" was in itself a big contributor to enhanced confidence. "However good a set of leaders or a party, a fractured mandate creates a sense of uncertainty," he said.
总理说，稳定政府的形成本身对加强信心是一个巨大的贡献。不管领导人或政党多么优秀，然而朝令夕改会带来一种不稳定感。

You are correct Modiji. Government cannot change changes overnight - as you got a country riddled by 60 years of corruption and looting by Congress and the Italian mafia / Pappu family. Nation is behind you for all your good deeds Sir! Dogs bark while the caravan move forward and we should learn to ignore it.
