Actually, it really works. I found it outby accident as I was doing yard work, it relieves my back and neck pain. Ishould do it more often I guess.

WE HAVE BEING DOING THAT FOR YEARS… IT’SCALLED BEING DRUNK AND IT TAKES AGES TO GET HOME 🙂

Their pelvis is a bit higher up from theground, otherwise I’d say it’s the good, old fashioned, Bear crawl. Looks easy, but it’s quite a taxing workout and as a compound body exercise, a veryeffective workout.

Exactly … it is a full body exerciseengaging practically ever muscle group in the body with no high impact on anyjoints. Where I work out, keeping the pelvis low and using the same hand andleg motion is called the Alligator Crawl. What is shown here, as you point outLawdHelpUsAll, is called a Bear Crawl at our gym.

This is basically a legit exercise though. It’s called the bear crawl. It isn’t a new fad.

That’s the “reptilian exercise”Great workout on the beach but you will look like a idiot doing it. Oh thepeople will stare. My husband asked me to sop doing that in public.

They’re not crawling for exercise. They’recrawling because that’s what you have to do to survive in China. As DavidCameron and George Osborne are finding out. Between their KOWTOW classes.

Not a good idea. Old Chinese saying- eatanything that crawls.
