My suggestions................................................................................................................
1. Candidate must not have criminal record.
2. Once charges are framed by any district court you cannot contest
3. Shall have only one wife
4. Shall not have more than 2 chirdren
5. Shall not hold any political post more than 10 years continuously

1、候选人必须不能有犯罪记录；

2、一旦受到区法院控告，你不能争辩

3、只能有一个老婆

4、生孩子不能超过2个

5、不能连续担任超过10年

I hope the message spreads around the rural areas so that we can have a clean and healthy India. Along with Individual toilets, all places like public transport, religious places, govt. buildings should be asked to maintain their toilets well for public use and this will add less pressure on the need to go outside.

除了个人厕所要建，公共交通、宗教场所、政府大楼等的厕所也要保持干净，方便大家使用，人们就没必要去户外解决了。

In my opinion this will not work , could be struck down by court, what about the person who has no money to construct toilet, instead they should made law as poor person if elected in Panchayat will get soft loan to construct toilet at home.

要是候选人没有钱修厕所呢

应该这样规定，穷人要是当选村职，就能得到优惠贷款用于修厕所。
