If you know the facts, Indians are some ofthe most important contributors in the other so called developed countrieswhere modern technology comes from. It is due to lack of enough willpower andbacking by the Indian govt that no research gets done in India, not dueto lack of talent. You should understand one thing first. India did nothave surplus funds to spend on any R and D. Now that, with the IT companies andother related industries are minting money, and India being one of the top countriesin the world, in IT, we have surplus money and hence the research is going onnow. In due course, Indiawill invent things. Be patient and give our scientists some time. They willmake us proud. Until then, please support their efforts.
