The fight was not lost because Manny didntcome to fight. It was lost because Manny was unable to cut the ring off andmake Floyd fight. We are all disappointed in the fight. Not only for what Floyddid (run, danced, clutched, and ducked) we expected that from him. He's not afighter. Our disappointment is for Manny's inability to put together his owngame plan and put it to work. Great fight? No...but not Manny's fault, just thecowardice of Floyd that we all have come to expect from his style of boxing.

The fight of the century turned out to bethe flight of the century.
Two decades ago fighters went for knock outs. The jab-and-run,catch-me-if-you-can Mayweather would have been booed out of the arena then. They call his skill a defensive skill. There's a difference between a realfighter who can fend off attacks versus a fighter who avoids real fights. Hecalls himself the greatest fighter of all time, sometimes emulating the Alifacial touting. But Ali fades for good reason. Mayweather fades as a rule. Hemade steps-back twenty times more than steps-forward. Mayweathers style shouldbe outlawed.
People paid good money for this fight and all we got is trying to win by pointsfrom one side, while the other side tried to fight a real fight. Of course thePacqiou haters were just too happy to see any kind of win.
