There is no rule of law in China since they have no checks and balance as in a democracy.

China's following of strict discipline in the matter of law enforcement irrespective of the stature of the person deserves noting by Indian authorities.
In India, we have all the lawbreakers handling the situation. obviously he wont punish himself.

Responsible parenthood is very important. People should not be having more children than they can afford to give a decent life to. Please stop the poor breeding like Rabbits. China has prevented 400 million births by it's one child policy so far.

China is under a good rule it seems. Be it the Islamic terrorists or senior officials - all are equal. Any one breaks law is in trouble. When are we going to have such a system in India ? Democracy is good but not like in India. We have too much of democracy/freedom and people have no fear in breaking law.

Chinese anti corruption laws are excellent & implementation fairly well.
I wish similar "family planning law" is implemented in India also to avoid Population Explosion!
