外文标题：India's growth rate to surpass China's in 2016: IMF
WASHINGTON: India is expected to grow at 6.3 per cent this year and 6.5 per cent in 2016 by when it is likely to cross China's projected growth rate, the IMF said on Tuesday while terming the new government's reforms as "promising" but insisted that their implementation is key.
In 2014, India's growth rate was 5.8 per cent against China's 7.4 per cent, said the World Economic Report update released by the International Monetary Fund. India's growth rate in 2013 was five per cent as against China's 7.8 per cent.
"I think the reform plans of the new Prime Minister are promising. We are going to have to see the speed of the implementation," said Gian Maria Milesi-Ferretti, deputy director in IMF's Research Department.
“我认为新总理的改革计划是有前途的。我们将要看的是实施的速度。”IMF研究部门的副主任Gian Maria Milesi-Ferretti说道。

US buys China's products in huge quantities. If India can match China's products both in quality and price China can be surpassed.
In India the demography is that 14 to 35 years age people are most. So with declining oil prices even a stupid minister like Sadhvi, Sakshi, Nilalchand or Smriti can achieve this if they are made the PM.
But china's GDP is highly inflated when compared with that of india's. I mean china has artificially create infra to have highet GDP which is of no use now

If you do the simple math, you will know how backward we are today even after 68 years of independence. Fekuism won't bring us any good. We have to do more, not talk more.
Look. If we had allowed UPA to run the government india would be competing with Afghanistan, Somalia, Bangladesh and north Korea in terms of economic growth..........
under modi and BJP india will grow and develop. Let some people be unhappy because for them only there relgion is what matters most.
