外文标题：Will follow nuclear policy of self-defence: China
BEIJING: China on Thursday said there was no change in its policy of no first use of nuclear weapons, days after the country tested a new long range intercontinental ballistic missile with multiple war heads which could hit targets at a range of 12,000km.
"China has the legitimate right to conduct scientific tests within its borders. The tests are not targeting any country or targets," Chinese defence ministry spokesman Col Yang Yujin told a media briefing here.
He was responding to questions about recent US media reports about its next generation intercontinental ballistic missile, the DF-41 which could reach almost all parts of United States.
Yang said there is no change in China's policy of no first of use of nuclear weapons.
"What needs to be pointed is that China pursues a nuclear policy of self defence. Its policy of no first use of nuclear weapons has not changed," Yang said.

Get ready (The World)
Ah, Hah! You make me laugh dear China! For over 140 years since the Opium Wars you plot to overthrow the Anglos and those you consider inferior races; and now you say that you have a "no first strike" policy. When will you stop this game? We see right through it.
Today we watch the "stan" states of central Asia for the building of fuel depots and supply bunkers for a road you quietly build to Europe. All roads and railway lines lead to the Westwards out of China. Your Silk Road is a PLA road. On the great Peoples Liberation Army map of the world we perceive great military movements to conquer many nations. Surprise movements! Even the US Homeland is a PLA strategy. All the way south down through South East Asia and into Australasia is a PLA strategy. You dear China want the whole world coloured Red, as with the great Mao dream. We know all of this. It is foreseeable!
So...how can you say that you have a "no first strike" policy?
