外文标题：007-style cameras in pencils, radios in bras help Chinese students copy in exams
BEIJING: China's police and educational system are harassed by an underground network that facilitates copying in all kinds of examinations by distributing spy gadgets and pinhole cameras to students. Examinations disrupted by the syndicate include SAT, civil services and those taken by schools and universities.
The Chinese police have arrested 11 persons running a nationwide network that facilities "007 style cheating" by selling spy gadgets to thousands of students. Wireless enabled pinhole cameras hidden in spectacles, watches, erasers and pencils are distributed to thousands of students across the country.
Teachers at Shaanxi Sanhe College in Baoji city of northwest China's Shaanxi province found students were using a copper antenna loop stitched into their clothing to beam it out of the hall to someone sitting with a receiver. Some of them used radio vests and transmitters hidden in bras.
During examinations, students use wireless enabled pinhole cameras to take and transfer images of the question paper to the network. In turn, syndicate managers send them answers one after another on a variety of devices with small screens. Answers are also supplied either in voice mode.
