外文标题：Why classify us with Somalia and Pakistan on visa policy system, China asks India
NEW DELHI: Chinese ambassador Le Yucheng has expressed disappointment over New Delhi’s visa policy and security clearance system, which he said was impeding flow of investments from China to India. However, the envoy who took up his assignment just ahead of Xi’s visit added that he had begun deliberations for removing the hurdles so that Chinese investments to India would increase. President Xi Jinping had during his recent visit announced $20 billion investments in India in the next five years.
India has bracketed China along with Pakistan, Iran, Somalia and Sudan on visas and business houses have to go through a stringent visa regime and security clearance before investments are okayed. Chinese investors in telecom and railways face this hurdle more, ambassador Le said on the sidelines of a seminar.
“Investments from China to India are definitely broad-based and higher than other countries in that list. While any host country has to follow a system to check potential investors there should not be bottlenecks that discourage investment,” a Chinese official told ET on condition of anonymity.
Le pointed out that investors from US, Europe and even other Asian countries didn’t face impediments similar to one China faces. New Delhi has been cagey about Chinese investments in strategic sectors like telecom fearing that its entry would compromise the country’s security.
Sound like Iraqis putting visa restriction on Americans with concerns that Americans are eager to stay in Iraq illegally.
As a true citizen of India we feel that we can do without China’s investments. They are doing blackmail business with India by attacking on the border, and having negotiations at the same time. They are greedy and not trustworthy nation. They must be curtailed at any cost. They must not be allowed inside India. Their products are cheap and very very very useless. By importing their product India becomes a Dust bin/garbage. We have to throw out China and its products. We have highly efficient and kind young generation to lead Indian industries. We certainly need nothing from China. Our government may start public/private partnership business establishments. China is biggest dangerous nation and India must avoid them.
becoz.. chinees are very mean ppl.. they don’t have ethics or friendlyness

If CHINA wish India to make amendments, it’s CHINA’s duty to generate that faithful relation with INDIA. By having PAK, SRI-LANKA what message CHINA wanted to give to INDIA? CHINA is most cunning political nation Like PAKISTAN is most untrustworthy nation & now SRI-LANKA has started joining in this GANG. ~ Most importantly the deeds of CHINA is not less than what PAK & SOMALIA is doing !

For a trip to Kailash Manasarovar they do not issue visas for individuals from India but as a Group Visa thru an approved Tourist Operator. Occasionally, while this poses a feeling of insecurity while the visa and the Passport is with the Tour Operator, there is no endorsement in the Pp.

What did you expect? Red Carpet treatment? Remember – you staple visas on some of our citizens; you consort with our enemies; you constant prod and provoke us on our borders; and now SL. What did you think? No one is going to take this lying down.
