I am zed by the beautiful infra structure in Tib and we feel proud of DRO but we donot have good quality roads in Ladakh. I know geographical Indian ladakh is difficult but within Ladakh we can have good infrastructure. We donot have even petrol pumps for hundreds of Km on so called high ways in Ladakh and many times we have to buy adulterated one. Who will con trate for integrating far flung areas with the mainland. Why our projects never completed in time. Why we always look after for excuses for delayed projects. Why cannot we have railways within Ladakh where geographical it may be possible. at later stages it can be linked with mainland. Why no one earlier thought of Zojila and Rohtang tunnels. will these projects will be completed in time I doubt. When Tibean compare the infrastructure on both sides for how many years they will not be impressed.

发达的基础设施让我吃惊不已。

拉达克缺少高品质的公路。我知道拉达克的地形恶劣,但是修建完善的基础设施还是可以的。

在拉达克,几百公里看不到一个加油站,我们很多次不得不购买掺入杂质的汽油。谁会来想方设法用公路把这个遥远地区与印度次大陆连接起来。为什么我们的工程永远不按时完工。为什么我们总是为工程延期找借口。为什么拉达克没有铁路。

为什么早些时候没人想到修Zojila和Rohtang隧道。我怀疑这些工程能否按时完工。

要是比较两边的基础设施,给他们留下的深刻印象将会持续多少年
